THE SACRIFICES OF KASHMIRI PEOPLE WOULD BEAR FRUIT: MIRWAIZ
Srinagar, March 18 (Only Kashmir):The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has reiterated its demand of withdrawal of Indian troops, immediate release of illegally detained Kashmiris and repeal of draconian laws in the territory so that conducive atmosphere could be created for resolving the Kashmir dispute.
The demand was made by the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq while addressing a gathering at Jamia Masjid in Srinagar, today. He urged India to give up its intransigent approach and initiate talks with Pakistan and genuine Kashmiri leadership to settle the lingering dispute. The Mirwaiz maintained that the sacrifices of Kashmiri people would bear fruit soon and they would get rid of Indian bondage.
