AAC STOPPED FROM HOLDING A MEETING AT MIRWAIZ MANZIL

Srinagar Oct 10, (Only Kashmir): Authorities on Sunday thwarted the attempt of the members of the Awami Action Committee (AAC) to hold a meeting at Mirwaiz Manzil in Rajouri Kadal.
Sources said hundreds of policemen were deployed in and around Rajouri Kadal where the chairman of AAC and Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq was scheduled to address a gathering.
Mirwaiz was barred to leave his Nagin residence.
